Q1 WHAT ARE THE COACHES LIKE?
All coaches are of good standard. All coaches are NON SMOKING and are fitted with toilets, reclining seats, on board stereo and PA system.

Q2 WHERE WILL WE BE PICKED UP?
See below for details. All pick up points are subject to minimum numbers and alterations. Certain pick ups will be very early to allow sufficient time to travel to the port.

Q3 HOW WILL WE CROSS THE CHANNEL?
We utilise with both P&O Stenna Line and Sea France for the crossing from Dover to Calais. In some instances we also use Le Shuttle and cross via the Euro Tunnel. Crossing times: Dover - Calais: Approx 70-90 minutes. Euro Tunnel: Approx - 35 minutes

Q4 WHAT ARE THE HOTELS LIKE
Hotels used in London and Paris are of 3 star standard with private facilities, with the exception of our 2 night coach package where a few 2 star hotels are included. These hotels will also have private facilities. All hotels will be in the Greater Paris area or Greater London area depending on the concert venue.

Q5 DO WE NEED A PASSPORT OR VISA
Everyone travelling will be required to hold a valid passport however EC nationals do not need a visa. Non EC passport holders may be required to have a visa and in case of doubt should contact the appropriate embassy.

Q6 WHAT ARE THE CONCERT VENUES LIKE
The concert in London is being held in Hyde Park. This venue is located in Central London and can hold more than 50,000 people. Hyde Park is easily accessable by public transport. We advise to travel by public transport as there are limited parking spaces available.

The concert in Paris is being held at The Bercy Arena (Palais Omnisports) and is located in the South East

of Central Paris and is a unique venue that has an approximate capacity of 16,000 which makes it ideal for concerts.
